Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DomDetailer website, APIs, software, documentation, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Last updated: 31 Aug 2025

1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If we publish a separate Disclaimer, it supplements (and does not limit) these Terms.

2) Who we are & contact

The Services are operated by Pure Business Logic Ltd (“DomDetailer”, “we”, “us”, “our”). For any questions about these Terms, contact: purebusinesslogic@gmail.com.

3) Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and capable of forming a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for your account credentials (including API keys) and all activity under your account.
  • Keep credentials confidential; do not share them publicly or with unauthorized parties.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or a security issue.

4) License & ownership

Subject to these Terms and any plan limits, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes. We (and our licensors) retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, datasets, documentation, and trademarks. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

5) API credits, payments & refunds

Credits. The Services may be purchased and consumed using “credits.” Each API request or feature may deduct credits as described on /pricing or in documentation.

Credit expiry. Credits do not expire under normal operation of your account. If your account is suspended or terminated for breach (see §11), unused credits may be forfeited.

Billing. Prices, taxes, and payment terms appear at checkout and/or /pricing. You authorize us or our processors (e.g., aMember/payment gateways) to charge the payment method you provide.

Invoices & taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. We may collect and remit where required.

Refunds. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable once credits are delivered or used. We may consider goodwill refunds at our discretion. Your statutory rights (if any) remain unaffected.

Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate suspension pending resolution.

6) Fair use, rate limits & automation

  • Respect any published or implicit rate limits and concurrency guidance. Excessive or abusive traffic may be throttled or blocked.
  • Implement reasonable retries and backoff; do not hammer endpoints or bypass controls.
  • Cache results where practical to reduce redundant requests.
  • Do not attempt to disable, circumvent, or interfere with security or metering.

7) Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to allow others to:

  • Use the Services unlawfully or for unlawful content, or to infringe privacy or intellectual property rights.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or derive source code except to the extent permitted by law.
  • Access, scrape, or index the Services other than via documented APIs or permitted interfaces.
  • Share or resell access, credentials, or output in a way that violates these Terms or third-party rights.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services (e.g., denial of service, load testing without consent).
  • Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or probe infrastructure without written permission.

8) Third-party services & data

The Services may reference or integrate data or metrics from third parties (e.g., Moz, Majestic, and others). Such data may be delayed, incomplete, or change without notice. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and policies, which you must comply with. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content.

9) Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge our privacy practices. If you submit personal data to the APIs, you represent that you have a lawful basis and necessary permissions to do so.

10) Availability, changes & beta features

  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the Services at any time.
  • We may offer preview/beta features “as is,” which may be unstable or change rapidly.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to avoid material breaking changes to stable APIs; however, changes may occur.

11) Suspension & termination

By you. You may stop using the Services at any time. Deleting your account may permanently remove your credentials and data (subject to our retention obligations).

By us. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately (with or without notice) if you breach these Terms, create risk or possible legal exposure, fail to pay, or misuse the Services. We may suspend for suspected fraud, abuse, or security issues while we investigate.

Effect. Upon termination, your license ends and you must cease use. If we terminate for cause, unused credits may be forfeited. If we discontinue the Services entirely, we will provide reasonable notice and, at our discretion, a pro-rata refund or alternative remedy for unused purchased credits.

12) No warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that data will be accurate or complete.

13) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pure Business Logic Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to the Services, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pure Business Logic Ltd and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

15) Intellectual property claims

If you believe content within the Services infringes your IP rights, contact us at purebusinesslogic@gmail.com with details.

16) Export & compliance

You must comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws. You represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, any country or on any list where use of the Services is prohibited by applicable law.

17) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. If you continue to use the Services after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.

18) Governing law & jurisdiction
